Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using the 33 Malaysia platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions. This acceptance covers all updates and amendments made from time to time, which take effect immediately upon being published on the 33 Malaysia platform.

33 Malaysia reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice to members. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain in compliance with the latest version. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated Terms.

Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register for and use the 33 Malaysia platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration — the 33 Malaysia platform is strictly for adults and we enforce this age requirement rigorously.
• Not residing in a jurisdiction where the use of online gaming platforms is prohibited by law.
• Never declared bankrupt or currently involved in active bankruptcy proceedings.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Have never been banned or suspended from the 33 Malaysia platform for fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations.

33 Malaysia reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a member is found to not meet the minimum age requirement, the account will be closed and all transactions made during that period will be voided. Any remaining balance unrelated to problematic activity may be returned at the sole discretion of 33 Malaysia.

Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one account on the 33 Malaysia platform. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a serious violation that may result in the permanent suspension of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of all balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. The required details include:

• Full name as per Malaysian identity card (MyKad or passport)
• An active and reachable Malaysian mobile number
• A valid, actively used email address
• Your preferred withdrawal method registered in your own name

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any changes to your phone number, email address, or banking details must be updated via your 33 Malaysia account settings or by contacting our customer support. 33 Malaysia is not liable for any losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the member.

The account password is the sole responsibility of the account holder. You must use a strong password, never share it with anyone, and update it regularly. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, contact 33 Malaysia customer support immediately.

Deposits & Fund Management

The 33 Malaysia platform accepts deposits via legitimate Malaysian payment methods only. All funds deposited into your 33 Malaysia account must come from a lawful source, and you must be the rightful owner of the payment method used.

33 Malaysia does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own separate charges — please check with the relevant provider before making a transaction. Funds that have been deposited into your 33 Malaysia account cannot be transferred out except through the designated withdrawal process.

Withdrawals

33 Malaysia members may withdraw funds from their account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the 33 Malaysia account — no exceptions are made for third-party withdrawals.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request.

33 Malaysia accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of RM 10 per month until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. Members will be notified by email before these charges begin.

Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

All bonuses, promotions, cashback, free spins, and any other rewards offered by 33 Malaysia are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each respective offer. General terms that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated are as follows:

• The 33 Malaysia welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit who have not previously received any bonus.
• The standard rollover requirement is 10x the bonus amount received before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Different rollover requirements may apply to specific bonuses and will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period as stated in their respective promotional terms. Bonuses not used within the validity period will expire automatically.

VIP points accumulated cannot be directly exchanged for cash and may only be used in the ways specified under the VIP programme. 33 Malaysia reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, including point values and tier benefits, at any time with at least 14 days' notice to members.

Game Rules

All games available on the 33 Malaysia platform — including slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, lottery, baccarat, and virtual sports — are subject to the specific rules set by their respective game providers. These rules can be accessed within the interface of each game.

The general principles that apply to all games on 33 Malaysia are as follows:

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting 33 Malaysia customer support. Prior to closure, all valid balances (excluding bonuses that have not met their rollover requirements) will be returned via the registered payment method. This process may take up to 7 business days.

Once an account is closed at a member's request, account data will be retained for the period required by applicable laws and regulations before being permanently deleted. Members whose accounts have been closed due to a breach of terms are not permitted to re-register without written approval from 33 Malaysia.
